Float64 ICM and stack vectors

Several tournament and stack helpers accept F64VectorInput: number[] or Float64Array.

Default unchanged

If you omit returnFormat, you get number[] in and number[] out.

Float64 output

Pass 'float64' as the last argument (or returnFormat where documented) to receive a Float64Array:

const ev = poker.icmExpectedPayouts(stacks, payoutsF64, 'float64');
